JOIN THE FESTIVAL FUN
Traer has a long history of coming together to celebrate and have fun. We try not to take ourselves too seriously and we spread the amusement to all ages. Wind Up in Traer for one of these events and see for yourself.
WINDING STAIRS FESTIVAL
Our annual family festival takes place the weekend after the first full week in August. Great entertainment for all ages, live music, local food, and drink!

HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS
Shop and celebrate locally this holiday season with a trip to Traer's festive Main Street Holiday Happenings. Sponsored by the Traer Chamber of Commerce, this annual event features open houses at participating businesses, mail your kids' letters to the North Pole, 50/50 raffle, and $500 in drawings for Small Business Saturday. Take the family on a drive through our historic decorated and lighted Taylor Park or stroll down Main Street and enjoy the holiday lights. Did you know that holiday lighting in Traer has been a community tradition for over 30 years? Shop & celebrate locally this holiday season in Traer.
